How to delete all your data while keeping your IntentNote account
ℹ️ About Data Deletion
You can request to delete all your content (notes, projects, todos, cloud sync data, AI history) without closing your account. Your account and subscription will remain intact, and you can start fresh.

Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be permanently deleted:
- All notes, projects, and todo items
- Life goals and inspiration entries
- Cloud sync data across all devices
- AI analysis history and credits
Your account, profile, and subscription will be kept.
1. Delete All Data from the App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete all your data is directly from the IntentNote app. Your identity is already verified through your login session.
Open IntentNote app
Launch the app and make sure you are logged in.
Go to Settings
Tap the settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner or navigate to the settings menu.
Tap "Delete All Data"
Scroll down to find the "Delete All Data" option in the account section.
Confirm deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm to permanently delete all your data. Your account will remain active.
2. Request Data Deletion via Email (If You Cannot Access the App)
If you are unable to access the app (e.g., you have uninstalled it or cannot log in), you can request data deletion by email.
Send an email
Send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your IntentNote account.
Include required information
Include "Data Deletion Request" as the subject line and provide the email address you used to sign in to IntentNote. Specify that you want to delete all data while keeping your account.
Wait for processing
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Identity Verification
For security, you must send the request from the same email address registered with your IntentNote account. Requests from unregistered email addresses cannot be processed.
We recommend using Method 1 (in-app deletion) for the fastest result. Email requests are processed manually by our team, so processing times may vary depending on internal workload, holidays, or other circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. What Gets Deleted
