How to delete your IntentNote account and all associated data
⚠️ Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. The following data will be permanently deleted:
- All notes, projects, and todo items
- Life goals and inspiration entries
- Cloud sync data across all devices
- AI analysis history and credits
- Subscription information and account profile
1. Delete Account from the App (Recommended)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the IntentNote app. Your identity is already verified through your login session.
Open IntentNote app
Launch the app and make sure you are logged in.
Go to Settings
Tap the settings icon (gear) in the top-right corner or navigate to the settings menu.
Tap "Delete Account"
Scroll down to find the "Delete Account" option in the account section.
Confirm deletion
A confirmation dialog will appear. Confirm to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Your account and all data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation. You will be signed out automatically.
2. Request Deletion via Email (If You Cannot Access the App)
If you are unable to access the app (e.g., you have uninstalled it or cannot log in), you can request account deletion by email.
Send an email
Send an email to the address below from the email address associated with your IntentNote account.
Include required information
Include "Account Deletion Request" as the subject line and provide the email address you used to sign in to IntentNote.
Wait for processing
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.

Identity Verification
For security, you must send the request from the same email address registered with your IntentNote account. Requests from unregistered email addresses cannot be processed.
We recommend using Method 1 (in-app deletion) for the fastest result. Email requests are processed manually by our team, so processing times may vary depending on internal workload, holidays, or other circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
3. What Gets Deleted
